    Our Corporate Headquarters is located at 6750 LBJ Freeway in Dallas, Texas 75240. Our phone number is (972) 674-4300. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. CST.

  • What are your restaurant hours of operation?

    Most Romano's Macaroni Grill restaurants are open Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Please select a specific restaurant from the Locations page for more information.

  • When is lunch/dinner served?

    Every Romano's Macaroni Grill restaurant offers a lunch menu Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Dinner is offered Monday through Friday from 4:00 p.m. until close, and all day Saturday and Sunday.

  • Can I order food To Go?

    All Romano’s Macaroni Grill locations offer To Go service for our guests. For additional convenience, most of our locations offer Curbside To Go.

  • Does Romano's Macaroni Grill issue discount coupons to individuals or groups?

    Our philosophy is to provide guests with a pleasurable dining experience featuring crafted Italian food and outstanding service at an affordable price. Promotional offers may be available to members of The Dish on email and on Facebook.

    Unfortunately, licensing agreements prevent us from providing copies of these materials to our guests.

    Romano's Macaroni Grill does not use a mystery shopper program. We encourage our guests to provide their feedback via our website. If you would like to offer your comments, please submit your feedback through the Contact page on our web site and select "Guest Feedback."

  • How do I submit a product for consideration?

    Please submit all product ideas through the Contact  page of our web site and select "Business Opportunity" with a summary of your proposal. PLEASE DO NOT SEND SAMPLES UNTIL REQUESTED. All submissions will be acknowledged by phone, mail or email. Please allow 6-8 weeks for reply.

  • Why did you change one of my favorite menu items?

    Our Executive Chefs review each menu item periodically to ensure that we provide the best-tasting Italian food for our guests. As a result, this process may require slight modifications in preparation procedures, ingredients or recipes on our menu.

  • How can I find out what the balance is on my Gift Card?

    For balance inquiries or customer service, please visit our Gift Cards page and select Check Balance. You will need the number from the back of your Gift Card to obtain balance information.

  • Can Gift Cards be used at other restaurants?

    Gift cards purchased online at macaronigrill.com and at Romano’s Macaroni Grill restaurants are redeemable at Romano’s Macaroni Grill only.  Multi-brand gift cards available at  select third-party retailers may be redeemable at Chili’s, Maggiano’s, On the Border and Romano’s Macaroni Grill.  If you are unsure about a gift card, review the terms and conditions on the back of the card.

    We do not purchase recipes from outside sources. Our Executive Chef and Culinary Team lead all menu development for Romano’s Macaroni Grill.
